How to Use It: Step-by-Step Guide
Add the Indicator to Your Chart: Search for "Portfolio Tracker ARJO (V-01)" in TradingView's indicator library and add it to any chart (preferably Daily timeframe for accuracy).
Input Your Portfolio Symbols:
Open the indicator settings (gear icon).
In the "Symbol 1" to "Symbol 15" groups, fill in:
Symbol: Enter the ticker (e.g., NSE:INFY).
Year/Month/Day: Select your buy date (e.g., 2024-07-01).
Buy Price: Your purchase price per unit.
Stoploss: Your exit price if things go south.
Units: How many shares you own.

Customize the Table (Optional):
In "Table settings":
Choose position (e.g., Top Right) and size (% of chart).
Toggle "Show Timeframe Columns" to add 1W/1M/3M/6M performance.
In "Color settings":
Pick colors for positive (green) and negative (red) cells.
Set "Color intensity cutoff (%)" to control how strong the colors get (e.g., 10% means changes above 10% max out the color).
Interpret the Table on Your Chart:
The table appears overlaid—scan rows for each symbol's stats.
Look at colors: Greener = better gains; redder = bigger losses.
Check CMP cell: Red means stoploss breached—consider selling!
Portfolio Gain/Loss at the top gives a quick overall health check.
For Best Results:
Use on a Daily chart to avoid CMP errors (the script will warn if on Weekly/Monthly).
Refresh the chart or wait for a new bar if data doesn't update immediately.
For Indian stocks, prefix with NSE: or BSE: (e.g., BSE:RELIANCE).
This is for tracking only—not trading signals. Combine with your strategy.
If no symbols show, ensure inputs are valid (e.g., buy price > 0, valid date).
Finally, this tool makes it quite easy for beginners to track their portfolios, while also giving advanced traders powerful and customizable insights. I'd love to hear your feedback—happy trading!

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 ™𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿
==============================================
1. Stochastic Oscillator
2. RSI
3. CCI
4. MA - (15 types included)
5. MACD
6. Bollinger Bands %B + Optional plots of Bollinger Bands and Breakout Signals
7. Ichimoku Cloud Oscillator + Optional plots of Ichimoku Cloud and Breakout Signals
8. Donchian Channels + Optional plots of Donchian Channels and Breakout Signals
9. Net Volume
10. Heikin Ashi Trend
All of the above indicators can be plotted as independent plots of the Chart Symbol or of a different symbol by enabling 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 (𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫/𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝). Some Oscillators have the option of Pʟᴏᴛ Sᴛʏʟᴇ under their relevant sections, and can be plotted as line, area or a histogram.
Oscillators 1-8 (except 4) require source price, lookback length and smoothing (where available) for the indicator plot. The colour of the tracker blocks is based on the Upper/Lower bands (where available), specified by the user in the respective sections. For example, if the RSI indicator is chosen to be plotted with Upper band at 60 and Lower band at 40, the tracker blocks and the Indicator plot paint the values between 40 and 60 in neutral colour which can be changed from the settings.
Multi Window BTC-USDT 1hr example chart below with various indicators from ™TradeChartist Tracker.
Note: The tracker colour is exactly colour of the Indicator Plot. The Visual Scorecard , however uses the mid values and doesn't take into account the bands specified by the user. For example, RSI score is green on the Visual Scorecard as long as RSI is above 50 and doesn't get affected by the user specified upper/lower band and this applies to all Oscillators. This is shown in the 1hr BTC-USDT chart below.
Moving Averages (MA) and MACD
------------------------------------------------------
Tracker plots and tracks one of 15 Moving Averages that can be chosen from the MA ᴛʏᴘᴇ and by specifying the MA Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ .
MACD uses EMA as default for calculating the MACD plots and Tracker data using Fᴀsᴛ Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ , Sʟᴏᴡ Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ and Sᴍᴏᴏᴛʜɪɴɢ . To experiment or use a different Moving Average to calculate MACD, disable 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐄𝐌𝐀 (Uɴᴄʜᴇᴄᴋ ᴛᴏ ᴜsᴇ MA ғʀᴏᴍ ᴀʙᴏᴠᴇ) and select the required Moving Average from MA ᴛʏᴘᴇ drop down of the 𝟰. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 section.
Bollinger Bands %B + Optional plots of Bollinger Bands and Breakout Signals
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bollinger Bands %B is a companion oscillator for Bollinger Bands and helps depict where the price is, in relation to the Bollinger Bands. To plot the actual Bollinger Bands, enable Dɪsᴘʟᴀʏ Bᴏʟʟɪɴɢᴇʀ Bᴀɴᴅs and to plot the Bollinger Bands Breakout Signals, enable Sʜᴏᴡ BB Bʀᴇᴀᴋᴏᴜᴛ Sɪɢɴᴀʟs , with 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 (𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫/𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝) enabled.
Ichimoku Cloud Oscillator + Optional plots of Ichimoku Cloud and Breakout Signals
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ichimoku Cloud Oscillator helps visualize the current price in relation to the breakout support/resistance of the Ichimoku Cloud using strict Ichimoku Cloud criteria (including Chikou Span agreeing with the breakout etc.). To plot the actual Ichimoku Cloud, enable Dɪsᴘʟᴀʏ Iᴄʜɪᴍᴏᴋᴜ Cʟᴏᴜᴅ and to plot the Kumo Breakout Signals, enable Sʜᴏᴡ Kᴜᴍᴏ Bʀᴇᴀᴋᴏᴜᴛ Sɪɢɴᴀʟs , with 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 (𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫/𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝) enabled.
Cloud Settings form the fundamental factor for this indicator to detect the breakouts. The settings for the Ichimoku Cloud is Automatic (detects right settings for the symbol type) by default, but this can be changed to Classic or 24/7 Crypto , based on the user preference from the settings under 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞, which also includes a manual input option. Ichimoku traders can experiment different settings combinations under manual settings to suit their trading frequency and timeframe traded.
Donchian Channels + Optional plots of Donchian Channels and Breakout Signals
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Donchian Channels comprises of three plots - a upper band, a lower band and a mean line (or mid line of the channel). The upper band is based on highest high of N periods specified by the user and the lower band is based on the lowest low of N periods specified by the user. These channels help spot price breaching high or low of last N periods clearly, thereby aiding the trader to understand the price action of any symbol better on any given timeframe.
Donchian Channels Oscillator helps visualize the current price in relation to the Mean line of the Donchian Channels of user specified lookback period (specified in the Dᴏɴᴄʜɪᴀɴ Cʜᴀɴɴᴇʟ Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ input box). The sensitivity of the oscillator can be adjusted using smoothing factor in the Sᴍᴏᴏᴛʜɪɴɢ input box. To plot the actual Donchian Channels, enable Dɪsᴘʟᴀʏ Dᴏɴᴄʜɪᴀɴ Cʜᴀɴɴᴇʟs and to plot the Donchian Channels Breakout Signals, enable Sʜᴏᴡ DC Bʀᴇᴀᴋᴏᴜᴛ Sɪɢɴᴀʟs , with 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 (𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫/𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝) enabled.
Note: Using smoothing factor more than 1 doesn't reflect the actual Donchian Channels Mean line and also impacts the Tracker block colours.
Net Volume and Heikin Ashi Trend
-------------------------------------------------------
Net Volume and Heikin Ashi Trend can be tracked and plotted for up to 10 symbols in addition to the chart symbol, but both Net Volume and Heikin Ashi Trend are not included in the Visual Scorecard. Since the colour of the Net Volume depends on candle being bullish or bearish, it can help the user visualize if the current candle close of the symbol tracked is above or below the symbols's candle open.
Note: Bar Replay doesn't update the bar by bar indicator plot for historic bars for symbols other than the chart symbol. However, the Indicator Plot is perfectly usable for the realtime bar as data updates for both the Trackers and the Scorecard in realtime.

Visual Scorecard plots a green Bull or a red Bear Score colour plot for each Indicator from RSI to Donchian Channels Oscillator against every symbol tracked for up to 5 symbols max (First 5 symbols under 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 section). The gap between the scores can be adjusted using gap factor under Gᴀᴘ Fᴀᴄᴛᴏʀ ʙᴇᴛᴡᴇᴇɴ Sᴄᴏʀᴇs dropdown.

𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀/𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀
=============================
Multi Symbol Tracker blocks continuously track the real-time indicator data of up to 10 symbols (in addition to the chart symbol) based on the number of Symbol Trackers preferred in the 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝟎-𝟏𝟎) input box under the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 section, and plots Bull, Bear and Neutral colour coded blocks based on both the indicator selected and settings preferred by the user under the relevant indicator section.
Multi Symbol Tracker Labels also continuously track the real-time indicator data in addition to the last close price (if 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 is enabled under 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 section), which helps user see the real-time changes in the indicator values and price changes of the symbols tracked.
The Tracker Label colours are exactly the same as the Tracker Block colours and are filtered based on the user preferred bands on the Oscillator values. This is slightly different to the Visual Scorecard Colour coding as the range between the user preferred bands is colour coded in a neutral colour, whereas the Scorecard uses only Bull and Bear Colours as explained in the 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 heading above. For example, if the user prefers RSI upper band of 60 and lower band of 40, the range between the values of 40 and 60 will be colour coded in neutral colour which can be changed from the 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀 section of the indicator settings.
Note 1: Default settings are based on the Oscillator mid values and hence the Tracker Blocks match with the Visual Scorecard colour codes. Using Upper and Lower bands for oscillators help spot the oversold and overbought zones and also helps spot breakout threshold based on Indicator values specified by the user. Example chart with visual depiction below using RSI.
Note 2: Bar Replay doesn't update the bar by bar scores/tracker data for historic bars for symbols other than the chart symbol. However, the Tracker blocks/labels are perfectly usable for the realtime bar as data updates for both the Trackers and the Scorecard in realtime.

Frequently Asked Questions
========================
Q: When I load the ™TradeChartist Tracker, why are the values in the labels blurred sometimes?
A: This happens occasionally as shown in the chart below, when the script is loaded for the first time or when a different setting is used.
To resolve this, just hide and unhide the script using the 👁 next to the Indicator title. If it is not visible, just hover the mouse/crosshair over the Indicator Title and it will be visible.
Q: Why does the indicator plot, tracker blocks and labels of Symbols being tracked, not update when I use Bar Replay?
A: As explained in the relevant sections above, historic data for bars and indicators other than chart symbol doesn't update on bar replay. But the chart symbol data does update for every bar on bar replay. This doesn't affect the real-time values and block colours for the symbols tracked.
Q: Can I track real-time values of a currently trading symbol when I'm on a symbol chart that is inactive? For example, can I see labels with real-time BTC values on a Sunday when I'm on a SPX chart when its not in session?
A: Simple answer is no. This is because, the plots are based on bar times of the chart and the symbols are tracked based on the bar time. So if the SPX session ended on Friday, the last known value of the BTC labels will be from Friday and hence it is always recommended to track symbols from a symbol chart that is in session.
Q: Does ™TradeChartist Tracker repaint?
A: This indicator doesn't repaint but it is not recommended to trade a different symbol from the chart based on the real-time data alone without checking if the current symbol chart is in session as inactive price chart will not have updated data on symbols tracked. Also, bar replay doesn't work on data pulled from external symbol data than the chart symbol, but signals confirmed at candle close and confirmed by Tracker blocks with appropriate colour code will be in agreement with the respective indicator and can be double checked for building trust and confidence on the indicator.
Q: Can ™TradeChartist Tracker be connected to other indicators as external source?
A: Yes. ™TradeChartist Tracker can be connected to another script and there are several use cases in doing so. A couple of examples are shown below.
1. ™TradeChartist Tracker 's Bollinger Bands %B 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁 connected to ™TradeChartist Plotter to plot Divergences on the 4hr XAU-USD main price chart.
2. ™TradeChartist Tracker 's 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫 connected to ™TradeChartist Plug and Trade as Oscillatory Signal with 0/0 to generate trade signals with Targets and performance information on trades.

DCA Investment Tracker Pro [tradeviZion]DCA Investment Tracker Pro: Educational DCA Analysis Tool
An educational indicator that helps analyze Dollar-Cost Averaging strategies by comparing actual performance with historical data calculations.
---
💡 Why I Created This Indicator
As someone who practices Dollar-Cost Averaging, I was frustrated with constantly switching between spreadsheets, calculators, and charts just to understand how my investments were really performing. I wanted to see everything in one place - my actual performance, what I should expect based on historical data, and most importantly, visualize where my strategy could take me over the long term .
What really motivated me was watching friends and family underestimate the incredible power of consistent investing. When Napoleon Bonaparte first learned about compound interest, he reportedly exclaimed "I wonder it has not swallowed the world" - and he was right! Yet most people can't visualize how their $500 monthly contributions today could become substantial wealth decades later.
Traditional DCA tracking tools exist, but they share similar limitations:
Require manual data entry and complex spreadsheets
Use fixed assumptions that don't reflect real market behavior
Can't show future projections overlaid on actual price charts
Lose the visual context of what's happening in the market
Make compound growth feel abstract rather than tangible
I wanted to create something different - a tool that automatically analyzes real market history, detects volatility periods, and shows you both current performance AND educational projections based on historical patterns right on your TradingView charts. As Warren Buffett said: "Someone's sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago." This tool helps you visualize your financial tree growing over time.
This isn't just another calculator - it's a visualization tool that makes the magic of compound growth impossible to ignore.

🔬 Pine Script Code Examples
Core DCA Calculations:
// Calculate total invested over time
months_elapsed = (year - start_year) * 12 + month - 1
total_invested = initial_investment + (monthly_contribution * months_elapsed)
// Compound growth formula for initial investment
theoretical_initial_growth = initial_investment * math.pow(1 + annual_return, years_elapsed)
// Future Value of Annuity for monthly contributions
monthly_rate = annual_return / 12
fv_contributions = monthly_contribution * ((math.pow(1 + monthly_rate, months_elapsed) - 1) / monthly_rate)
// Total expected value
theoretical_total = theoretical_initial_growth + fv_contributions
Volatility Detection Logic:
// Detect extreme years for volatility adjustment
extreme_years = 0
for i = 1 to historical_years
yearly_return = ((price_current / price_i_years_ago) - 1) * 100
if yearly_return > 100 or yearly_return < -50
extreme_years += 1
// Use median approach for high volatility stocks
high_volatility = (extreme_years / historical_years) > 0.2
calculated_return = high_volatility ? median_of_returns : standard_cagr
Performance Metrics:
// Calculate key performance indicators
absolute_gain = actual_value - total_invested
total_return_pct = (absolute_gain / total_invested) * 100
roi_initial = ((actual_value - initial_investment) / initial_investment) * 100
cagr = (math.pow(actual_value / initial_investment, 1 / years_elapsed) - 1) * 100

📊 Real-World Examples
See the indicator in action across different investment types:
Stable Index Investments:
AMEX:SPY (SPDR S&P 500) - Shows steady compound growth with standard CAGR calculations
Classic DCA success story: $60K initial + $500/month starting 2020. The indicator shows SPY's historical 10%+ returns, demonstrating how consistent broad market investing builds wealth over time. Notice the smooth theoretical growth line vs actual performance tracking.
MIL:VUAA (Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS) - Shows both data limitation and solution approaches
Data limitation example: VUAA shows "Manual (Auto Failed)" and "No Data" when default 10-year historical setting exceeds available data. The indicator gracefully falls back to manual percentage input while maintaining all DCA calculations and projections.
MIL:VUAA (Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS) - European ETF with successful 5-year auto calculation
Solution demonstration: By adjusting historical period to 5 years (matching available data), VUAA auto calculation works perfectly. Shows how users can optimize settings for newer assets. European market exposure with EUR denomination, demonstrating DCA effectiveness across different markets and currencies.
NYSE:BRK.B (Berkshire Hathaway) - Quality value investment with Warren Buffett's proven track record
Value investing approach: Berkshire Hathaway's legendary performance through DCA lens. The indicator demonstrates how quality companies compound wealth over decades. Lower volatility than tech stocks = standard CAGR calculations used.
High-Volatility Growth Stocks:
NASDAQ:NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) - Demonstrates volatility-adjusted calculations for extreme price swings
High-volatility example: NVIDIA's explosive AI boom creates extreme years that trigger volatility detection. The indicator automatically switches to "Median (High Vol): 50%" calculations for conservative projections, protecting against unrealistic future estimates based on outlier performance periods.
NASDAQ:TSLA (Tesla) - Shows how 10-year analysis can stabilize volatile tech stocks
Stable long-term growth: Despite Tesla's reputation for volatility, the 10-year historical analysis (34.8% CAGR) shows consistent enough performance that volatility detection doesn't trigger. Demonstrates how longer timeframes can smooth out extreme periods for more reliable projections.
NASDAQ:META (Meta Platforms) - Shows stable tech stock analysis using standard CAGR calculations
Tech stock with stable growth: Despite being a tech stock and experiencing the 2022 crash, META's 10-year history shows consistent enough performance (23.98% CAGR) that volatility detection doesn't trigger. The indicator uses standard CAGR calculations, demonstrating how not all tech stocks require conservative median adjustments.
Notice how the indicator automatically detects high-volatility periods and switches to median-based calculations for more conservative projections, while stable investments use standard CAGR methods.
---
📈 Performance Metrics Explained
Current Portfolio Value: Your actual investment worth today
Expected Value: What you should have based on historical returns (Auto) or your target return (Manual)
Total Invested: Your actual money invested (initial + all monthly contributions)
Total Gains/Loss: Absolute dollar difference between current value and total invested
Total Return %: Percentage gain/loss on your total invested amount
ROI from Initial Investment: How your starting lump sum has performed
CAGR: Compound Annual Growth Rate of your initial investment (Note: This shows initial investment performance, not full DCA strategy)
vs Benchmark: How you're performing compared to the expected returns
---
⚠️ Important Notes & Limitations
Data Requirements: Auto mode requires sufficient historical data (minimum 3 years recommended)
CAGR Limitation: CAGR calculation is based on initial investment growth only, not the complete DCA strategy
Projection Accuracy: Future projections are theoretical and based on historical returns - actual results may vary
Timeframe Support: Works ONLY on Daily (1D), Weekly (1W), and Monthly (1M) charts - no other timeframes supported
Update Frequency: Update "Current Portfolio Value" regularly for accurate tracking

Price Range Tracker D/W/M + ATHIntroducing the Price Range Tracker - it's a tool for monitoring the price of any coin or stock. This indicator provides up-to-date information on the daily, weekly, monthly, and all-time high (ATH) prices of your selected asset.
With the Price Range Tracker, you can easily gauge how far your asset's current price is from its highest point in the daily, weekly, or monthly range. Additionally, it keeps track of the ATH of any coin, providing you with a clear understanding of your asset's historical performance.
This tracker also plots the ATH on the main chart as a label, ensuring that you are always aware of the highest point your asset has reached.
While this tool is a valuable asset for analyzing price trends, it is important to note that past performance may not always indicate future results. Market conditions can change rapidly, and strategies that have been successful in the past may not perform as well in the future. As such, it is essential to use the Price Range Tracker in conjunction with your own research and knowledge.
Please let me know if you find any bugs or would like things adding to the tracker
Finally, please note that this post and the accompanying script do not provide any financial advice. The information provided is for educational purposes only, and you should always consult a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Correlation TrackerCorrelation Tracker Indicator

Manual PnL (Profit and Loss) % Tracker - spot long only
This is a manual profit and loss tracker. It takes the user's manual input of total cost and quantity, and then outputs a table on the bottom right of the chart showing the profit or loss %, average purchase price, gross profit or loss, and market value.
Instructions:
1. Double click the indicator title at the top left of the chart
2. Select the "Inputs" tab and click the empty field next to "Symbol" to enter the traded symbol+exchange. This entry MUST be the same as the chart you are on, for example BTCUSDT/BINANCE (indicator will not display otherwise)
3. Enter the Total Cost and Qty of shares/coins owned
4. Optional - change positive or negative colors
5. Optional - under the "Style" tab, change the color of the average price (AVG) line
Note that for the average price (AVG) line to be shown/hidden you must enable/disable "Indicator and financials labels" in the scales settings.
For crypto or other tickers that have prices in many decimal places I would suggest, for the sake of accuracy, adjusting the decimal places in the code so that for prices under $1 you will display more info.
For example let's say you purchase x number of crypto at a price of 0.031558 you should change the code displaying "0.00" on line 44 to "0.000000"
This will ensure that the output table and plotted line will calculate an average price with the same number of decimals.

ATH/ATL Tracker [LuxAlgo]The ATH/ATL Tracker effectively displays changes made between new All-Time Highs (ATH)/All-Time Lows (ATL) and their previous respective values, over the entire history of available data.
The indicator shows a histogram of the change between a new ATH/ATL and its respective preceding ATH/ATL. A tooltip showing the price made during a new ATH/ATL alongside its date is included.
🔶 USAGE
By tracking the change between new ATHs/ATLs and older ATHs/ATLs, traders can gain insight into market sentiment, breadth, and rotation.
If many stocks are consistently setting new ATHs and the number of new ATHs is increasing relative to old ATHs, it could indicate broad market participation in a rally. If only a few stocks are reaching new ATHs or the number is declining, it might signal that the market's upward momentum is decreasing.
A significant increase in new ATHs suggests optimism and willingness among investors to buy at higher prices, which could be considered a positive sentiment. On the other hand, a decrease or lack of new ATHs might indicate caution or pessimism.
By observing the sectors where stocks are consistently setting new ATHs, users can identify which sectors are leading the market. Sectors with few or no new ATHs may be losing momentum and could be identified as lagging behind the overall market sentiment.
🔶 DETAILS
The indicator's main display is a histogram-style readout that displays the change in price from older ATH/ATLs to Newer/Current ATH/ATLs. This change is determined by the distance that the current values have overtaken the previous values, resulting in the displayed data.
The largest changes in ATH/ATLs from the ticker's history will appear as the largest bars in the display.
The most recent bars (depending on the selected display setting) will always represent the current ATH or ATL values.
When determining ATH & ATL values, it is important to filter out insignificant highs and lows that may happen constantly when exploring higher and lower prices. To combat this, the indicator looks to a higher timeframe than your chart's timeframe in order to determine these more significant ATHs & ATLs.
For Example: If a user was on a 1-minute chart and 5 highs-new highs occur across 5 adjacent bars, this has the potential to show up as 5 new ATHs. When looking at a higher timeframe, 5 minutes, only the highest of the 5 bars will indicate a new ATH. To assist with this, the indicator will display warnings in the dashboard when a suboptimal timeframe is selected as input.
🔹 Dashboard
The dashboard displays averages from the ATH/ATL data to aid in the anticipation and expectations for new ATH/ATLs.
The average duration is an average of the time between each new ATH/ATL, in this indicator it is calculated in "Days" to provide a more comprehensive understanding.
The average change is the average of all change data displayed in the histogram.
🔶 SETTINGS
Duration: The designated higher timeframe to use for filtering out insignificant ATHs & ATLs.
Order: The display order for the ATH/ATL Bars, Options are to display in chronological (oldest to newest) or reverse chronological order (newest to oldest).
Bar Width: Sets the width for each ATH/ATL bar.
Bar Spacing: Sets the # of empty bars in between each ATH/ATL bar.
Dashboard Settings: Parameters for the dashboard's size and location on the chart.
Profit Percentage TrackerThis script provides a quick and easy way to visualize profits in a chart, based on the given entry date and price.
Optionally, alerts can be sent when profits cross up the given " profit unit ".
In short:
Tracks how much profit one could take based on the input " entry date " and the input " entry price "
These inputs are interactive (www.tradingview.com)
Displays the result in a label on top of the last candle
(Optional) Sends alerts based on the given " profit unit ", that is: if ' 0.5 ' is given, then an alert is triggered every time the profit is raised by that number
(Be careful with low values, as TradingView could stop an alert if it triggers too much.)
For alerts to be displayed, a " script alert " must be created right after the script was added to the chart:
- www.tradingview.com
(Choose ' Profits ' as condition and ' Any alert() function call ')
Good to know: if you check " Notify on app ", alerts can be delivered directly to your phone:

MACD TBBThis indicator works similar to the Tightened Bollinger Band (TBB) Strategy. Normally, when bollinger bands tighten, you look for the point where they widen and the direction of the price is often a breakout.
This indicator does the something similar, but using MACD, so you get other opportunities to get into plays. When the bollinger bands on the indicator tighten, wait for them to widen. The MACD line will turn red. The exit to the play is when the macd pulls away from the band and turns black again.
This indicator was built to help with some instructional material presented at www.optionsplayers.com
Let me know if you like the indicator or have any suggestions!
Tightened Bollinger Band StrategyThis is a strategy built on the "easter egg" strategy I included in my Combo indicator. This setup is based on Facebook (FB) using the hourly timeframe. Changes to timeframe or ticker will usually require major adjustments to the variables. The ROI for the Facebook backtest was about 126% using stock commons. Obviously if you are making these trades using options, the gains would be exponentially bigger.
In it's current state it is not following the rules that were discussed on the OptionsPlayers site. Variables were tweaked based on increased ROI, which has turned it into a bit of a frankenstein indicator, so don't expect to learn the discussed trade rules from this.
Access to this strategy is limited to the members of OptionsPlayers. For more information you can visit OptionsPlayers.com.
If you are an OP member and would like access to the strategy, please DM me in the OptionsPlayers chat.
Combo Indicator V2This is an updated version of the Combo Indicator I previously published. It combines Bollinger Bands, 3 moving averages and 1 exponential moving average all into one chart. I use this indicators on most of my charts so wanted an easy way of combining them all.
SPECIAL BONUS
This indicator also includes a common Bollinger Band trading strategy built in. It was developed with options trading in mind for members over at OptionsPlayers.com. It tries to detect when the BB tunnel tightens, and then triggers an entry position when it detects the breakout. No strategy is 100% accurate, and there are some false positives, but it seems to work fairly well. However, do your own due diligence and use at your own risk.
The strategy can be turned on using a checkbox in the properties.
