True Strength Index (TSI) Calculation Uses double-smoothed exponential moving averages (EMA) to calculate TSI. A signal line (EMA of TSI) helps confirm trends.
Dynamic Color Coding for TSI Line Green: TSI is above the signal line (Bullish). Red: TSI is below the signal line (Bearish).
Crossover & Crossunder Signals Bullish Crossover (TSI crosses above Signal Line) → Green Circle. Bearish Crossunder (TSI crosses below Signal Line) → Red Circle.
Alerts for Trading Signals Buy Alert: TSI crosses above the signal line. Sell Alert: TSI crosses below the signal line.
Overbought & Oversold Zones Overbought: Between 40 and 50 (Red Zone). Oversold: Between -40 and -50 (Green Zone). Highlighted Background when TSI enters these zones.
Neutral Line at 0 Helps determine trend direction and momentum shifts.
How to Use These Values: • TSI Crosses Above Signal Line → Bullish entry. • TSI Crosses Below Signal Line → Bearish entry. • Overbought (+40 to +50) & Oversold (-40 to -50) zones → Watch for trend reversals. • Divergence Signals → If price makes a new high/low but TSI doesn’t, momentum is weakening.
