I paid with my Apple ID, but my plan is not active. How to resolve this?

If you made any payment through the Apple App Store and you do not see the plan on your account, then please click on ‘Restore Purchases’ in the subscriptions screen on the iOS application and see if this helps.

If this does not help, then you must have made the purchase for a different account. Please check the account name with which you logged into the app when you made the in-app purchase. That one will have the plan.

If this does not help either, then we suggest you contact the Apple App Store directly to request a refund. These payments are secured; we do not receive any information about them so we are unable to track down the transaction.
