This script measures candle length and average true range (ATR). A break out occurs when a candle is larger than the given ATR value. You can choose to calculate length from wicks or from the body (open & close).
You can use this as trend direction indicator by following the last break out candle or open a position after a break out with a stop just above or...
Modified to code from @modhelius and added colors and histogram for easy reading...thanks to him...
What is Relative Strength?
Relative strength is a ratio of a stock price performance to a market average (index) performance. It is used in technical analysis.
It is not to be confused with relative strength index.
To calculate the relative strength of a...

My attempt to replicate the functionality of the 'LT Trend' based on information available in Alessio Rastani's videos.
Turn off borders and wicks, and make the bodies transparent, on the chart itself) in order to view the OHLC bars with my guess at the way the LT Trend interprets the price data.
I believe the basis indicator is a combination of the 2 and 11...
Also one of my favorite indicators. Very simple and easy to use. Essentially volatility bands with a technical analysis pattern, the triangle/wedge, which I have called "contraction signal". Put simply: When price is written in blue, volatility overall is falling. When the outer bands start to fatten up in blue, a contraction signal is forming. Works with any...
A hammer candle is defined here as 1) the lower shadow (wick) is at least twice the length of the main body and 2) the close is in the top half of the range.
A shooting star has the opposite conditions 1) the upper shadow is at least twice the size of the main body and 2) the close is in the lower half of the range.
These candles should not be used by themselves...
This hasn't been done before. People know the ALMA moving average, TradingView, of course, has a built-in function for the ALMA = alma(). But, when you use built-in functions, you can't have a series as a length. Pinecoders put out a bunch of functions for various routines wherein the built-in doesn't allow for a series as a length. I got some help from @everget...
This script is meant to be a partner script to my Pivot Points Percentage Differences () indicator. It can be used to verify the percentages are what they should be, and give you a visual range in which to trade in.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
//This script displays 2 spreads between FTX perpetuals contracts and futures contracts.
//In the settings, you can choose which curves to display for direct comparison.
//It is based on Thojdid's Multi-Spread script, but loads faster as there are only 2 coins
//An high-low range can be added
This is my original indicator that was inspired by "Mayer Multiple" and "Chande Forecast Oscillator" (CFO).
I decided to search truth of trend power with SMA and LinReg and found it in a somewhere of the middle. Also, I added a limit area, where you need to keep a more attention, because it can show a potential reversal.
You can change parametrs with a your own...
The script intends to eliminate noise from the chart. It uses a combination of multiple indicators into 1.
For long bias:
Close is greater than the ADX
15 Period EMA on close is greater than SMA on high
13 period RSI is greater than 25 periods RSI
MACD is greater than 0
For short bias:
Close is lower than the ADX
15 Period EMA on close is lower than SMA on...
The Squared Weighted Moving Average is similar to the classic Weighted Moving Average but the difference is that it squares the weights instead of the classic weight values. Buy if the indicator line is green and sell when it goes red.

My take on coding a Stochastic Indicator for professional use.
Contains many options and settings for you to tweak, and can be used on different timeframes.
I've also decided to make the code Open to all to use.
But it would be great if you credit me when you use my code. :)
