✅ RSI momentum confirmation (RSI > 55 or < 45)

✅ Volume spike (volume > 20-bar average)

✅ Within New York session hours (9:30am – 4:00pm EST)

Marks Breakout Retests and highlights strong continuation signals with “Runner” labels.
