Netscout Systems, Inc. ("Netscout") has on 4 August 2025, sold all its sharesinNapatech A/S ("Napatech"). Prior to the sale, Netscout owned sharesrepresentinga total of 5.63 % of the issued shares and voting rights in Napatech.Followingthe sale, Netscout owns 0 shares in Napatech, thus falling below the 5 %disclosure threshold (based on 110,053,880 shares issued by Napatech).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital MarketsAct, cf. section 4.8.2.2 of Euronext Oslo Børs Rule Book II.
