Argeo: Update on process towards interested parties

Asker, 18 July 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by ArgeoASA (the "Company" or "Argeo") regarding the Company's critical financialsituation and the board's resolution to postpone its filing for bankruptcyresulting from receiving indication of interest from various parties.

The Company has during this week continued its discussions with certaininterested parties, including having provided access to certain informationabout the Group. As of today, no agreements have been entered into regardinganypotential transaction involving Argeo and how to secure sufficient funding.

The Company will continue pursuing such interest to the extent and as long asitis deemed to represent a realistic opportunity for the Company to securesufficient funding within a realistic time period.

The board acknowledges that the time available for securing a solution isgetting critical and that there are no guarantees that any of the processeswillsucceed. The board is prepared to continue with its filing for bankruptcy iftheprocess fails.
