Pyrum Innovations AG: Mandatory notification of trades by close associates ofprimary insiders

Reference is made to the press release from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" orthe"Company") published on 10 July 2025 regarding the completion of a privateplacement of approx. EUR 5.6m (the "Private Placement").

In connection with the Private Placement, Elke Marlis Opitz, a close associateof primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen FranzOpitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 3,565 new shares at a price ofEUR28.00 per share. The delivery of allocated shares against payment is expectedtobe completed on or about 22 July 2025.
