Otello Corporation share buyback program status

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from 16 June 2025 announcingtheinitiation of the share buyback program for Otello Corporation ASA (theCompany). From 7 July 2025 through 11 July 2025, Pareto Securities AS hasbought641,700 shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK 12.88 and atotal value of NOK 8,267,010. Since the initiation of this share buybackprograma total of 2,166,200 shares at an average price of NOK 12.28 and a total valueof NOK 26,595,404 have been acquired. The maximum consideration to be paid forshares acquired under this buyback program is NOK 15 per share and the maximumnumber of shares that can be purchased under this buyback program is5,047,130.At present date, Otello owns 5,318,020 treasury shares in the Company,includingthose purchased in the previous share buyback program. The shares arepurchasedin accordance with the authorization granted at the company's annual generalmeeting on 26 May 2025.
