Spotlio AS - Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, 10 July 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement bySpotlio AS (Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT) (the "Company") on 14 April 2025,regarding the board of directors' resolution to increase the Company's sharecapital following the exercise of share options by a participant in theCompany's share-based option program.

The new share capital of the Company following the registration of the sharecapital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises is NOK4,062,804.26, divided into 203,140,213 shares, each with a nominal value ofNOK0.02.
