XLM Breaking above the neck line - Poised for $0.10 - 12 Rise.
XLM looks decisive in its move to the upside. Placing a guarantee for a rise by breaking through the head and shoulders neck line. This is a continuation after a stunning run up to $0.07 starting at $0.02. We now have our sights set for $0.10 - 12 on a short term move before hitting resistance again. Unclear how high XLM will go, however I think we could see some massive gains out of it.
Looking back to the bull run of 17/18 XLM was an early runner. I don't always like to look to the past to tell the future, but in some cases we can see a pattern building.
With heavy consolidation under what could be the 4th wave count, $0.10 - 12 might be a little safe. I expect as Bitcoin retraces on the E of an ABCDE wedge we will so some aggressive movement out of XLM.
