Hi guys, some have PM me about why XLM doesnt impulse like i shown in my previous post. This is called the 'Hurry Up & Wait' syndrome when a price move is expected but 'doesnt' show right now. The elapsing time of no variation often make people do moves which can trigger the expected price move
I still expect XLMUSD to impulse up, but why it doesnt happen right now ? I share with you a english traduction from french of bollinger theory :
"In a neutral trend, the lateral evolutionary price without sustained direction. The slope of the moving average is low and horizontal and the bands express themselves in the form of a channel. The width of the channel depends on the volatility during this sequence.
The more the amplitude of the Bollinger band gap is narrowed in the channel representing the weak trend, the greater the upward or downward potential at the exit of the channel is important."
For this update i tried to highlight our current trend, it seems that the price wont move in the very short term. By this, we have at least a timeframe. I will post an Upadte part 2 later.
