Had a chat last Friday with few people on TradingView in the Gold Discussion
I wrote in my analysing in the previous paragraphs about gold saying that i will be short at 1423, and SL around 1427~1430 ish , and I put 1431 that night and unfortunatelly it got stop loss.
But afterwards I saw it went up to new high, and I hasitated should i put short or not. I was afraid and did not put short position up there, until it comes back down very crazily around 1435. This position was my previous planned position that I will make a short, and so I did it near there, at 1434 when I caught the price action manually. I set the TP at 1416 for the support level and SL once again at 1440 and went back sleep.
I was quite happy my analyse got my position for 1434 to 1416 successfully ! and I saw gold still has a very strong signal going short due to the fact that USD index broke 97 resistance level !! heading to the 97.80 ~ 97.90 ish for the USD index resistance as written in my other topic about USD Index.
For what I think right now, Gold still can go for short position, and I think that the new high for gold was just a spike due to fundamental news caused in the world, but from the technical signals, it is still a strong sign of going short.
My plan for stop losses will slightly change a bit higher to 1431 ~ 1432 if a position was opened around 1427 ~ 1430 ( any signal that weakens I will give it a go), if it does not weaken anywhere there. I will wait back to 1435 and for all short positions stop loss at 1440. My final destination will still be 1360 approx.
