a) Typo above, I missed it. It should say "Exit should be 8/30 or 8/31...".
b) In any case, it looks like it's going to be 8/30.
c) It doesn't look like we get anywhere near 1610.
d) It looks like 1655 AT END OF TUESDAY 8/30.
e) So exit should be 8/30, not 8/31.
