RSI Bullish divergence, is it new bull move for gold

The gold price has been dropped between two support and resistance on a monthly timeframe. There is a bullish divergence in RSI which might lead to a new bull move. There will be a new bullish move for the gold that will make it travel above 2100 because of all major uncertainty in the world right now.
