Bull flag for Long

Silver is creating a typical Bull flag. Question now is, whether the price will pass upper flag level immediately, or will first going to return to the lower level before continuation to the north with target of 16 USD. Probably will retrace down first.
I will observe the situation closely and will react only after confirmation of further price direction.
