This is a chart of Vipshop Holdings Limited. Showing what is referred to as a buyable gap by author's Gil Morales and Dr. Chris Kacher, who have written two books on their modified CAN SLIM method, originally by William O'Neil. This is a relatively large gap up (breaking the most recent swing high and the all-time high in the stock on the same bar on approximately 2.5 times the 50 sma of volume). OWL, is the combination of the three legendary traders, William O'Neil, Richard Wyckoff, and Jesse Livermore. Since I am a student of Wyckoff, which makes me a student of Livermore, and O'Neil studied Wyckoff and Livermore, then I am a student of O'Neil as well. And since I am a student of all three, this type of setup is right up my alley, and makes a lot sense to me. Hope you enjoy. Good trading.
