Will ascendent channel confirm?

I think the ascendent channel will confirm.
This company just reported strong results on its third-quarter.
Plus, 2 days ago they acquired 70% of a company based in Quebec, additional to 3 more acquisitions in the past two years.
This will add cash, so the company can keep growing.
