Kidding aside, VET is going parabolic because in the bigger time frame it formed a double bottom reversal pattern.
If you look at the chart, it formed a low around $0.003. This low was retested when the price drop at $0.0029.
When it bounced, a reversal was formed and the target price for short term profit is at $0.009
Don't forget to set your stop loss at all times.
