Are we really bullish

I was eager to extend my short position until i spotted this bullish ABCD formation, so i placed a buy order. But its speculative.

Let see , i am feeling the DOW will test my technical forecast on this but i am putting money on this. No fundamentals support this except for no rate hike in june .
