Will TRX rise?

According to coinmarketcal, TRX has a full agenda for Q1. Despite the fact that they haven't yet come with the exact numbers, I think the coinburn in March will have a big impact on the price.
I am a beginner in charts, but tell me, is this a formation of a cup?
