SPX Negative RSI DIvergence

FYI SPX RSI negatively diverging by reaching new highs in price yet on decreasing RSI (Nov/Feb/Apr highs). Same trend on weekly and month chart as well....same for NAZ as well. Next week could break the trend...or not!

Also, FWIW looks like RSI coiled...will see which way it breaks out!
