The MSCI EM index and many other EM funds are lagging the S&P. Although the 33% weighting of the EEM Index is high, funds with smaller weightings are also significantly showing weakness against the S&P.
I know a lot of focus is being put into EM right now.

As expected the SPX/EEM spread is falling due to the weakness of the S&P and rally in EEM over the last week.
