The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across special purpose acquisitions corporations including companies with no commercial operations that are established solely to raise capital from investors for the purpose of acquiring one or more operating businesses sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Indxx SPAC & NextGen IPO Index, by using full replication technique.
