SNAP shares have a lot of stock that could not be sold to the market @ it's IPO , called a lock up .
The above has the amounts of shares being added to the already for public traded shares .
These are not new issued stock , but other shares for backers , employees etc , who helped the company and took shares for none existent money at that time .. they hope to get their rewards when the company goes public . And now they want their pay for their work ! Reasonable .
But these stocks have to be bought by some one and that will determine the price ,
IF Earning actually earn , exit the position .

i will be selling 3/4 of my PUT's
and let the rest of my PUTs ride thru earnings
this will protect me from a loss in case they actually have earnings
