$RSI- DKNG sympathy play (my way too early prediction)

Online gambling and sports betting has lot of growth ahead. ARK picked up shares of DKNG today and you fortunately have an opportunity to pick up $RSI while is receiving from a dip. I saw it bull flagging on the 4 hr chart, monthly candle chart, and an argument that it may be forming a bull pennant on the weekly candle chart. A high price target I see is $35, here is an idea of how it may get there.
