The price bounced on daily support on 0.017$ and now the market is creating a cup and handle below the daily resistance after a bounce on 0.618 Area.

How to approach it?
IF the price is going to have a breakout form the resistance and retest it as new support, According to Plancton's strategy, we can set a nice order
