My NZDUSD Analysis "Short"

Are we looking at a potential H&S formation?... with price reaching what looks like an area of confluence between different trendlines, can we assume that price will reverse and complete the formation of the second shoulder?.. and if Price action gives us a reason gug enough to enter, between 0.64099-0.64220 why not go short?
