Dropped hard after announcing to buy “The Athletic” for 550M. Will pressure the Earnings/Profit for the next 3 years but deliver a strong subscriber-base and well-established sports-journalists that moved from newspapers to the website in the past. In addition, it is a cash-only deal so no share-dilution.
I expect it to drop a bit more – 0.5Fib-Level/Bottom Yearly Trend-Channel looking good for a possible reversal.
