My 2 cents on NEOBTC.

Here's my forecast for NEOBTC, the whole altcoin market cycle ended not long ago and I think it's logical for NEO to take break from here.
Let's see how it goes, unfortunately shorting crypto against my strategy so I'll just pass on this trade.
