NC Long See chart

Low risk trade. Hoping for a break out of the triangle upwards on the sad news of deregulation by our lovely incompetent gov. Can't beat em then at least make money off it. Strong bullish daily candles tell me this wants to go higher despite the bearish formation. In either case if the bottom holds I believe that this will march higher.
