Is the Nasdaq rally a new bull leg, or the end of a C correction

We're at critical points in indices I think. Where if there are downtrends forming in the market we'd be getting really strong signals of that if we see the current rallies starting to show early properties of an Elliot wave downtrend. Here's what I'm looking for to signal this in Nasdaq.
