$MMM - choppy but a good overall strong buy

$MMM has taken a hit in from the market uncertainty.
Although the ATR is wack from massive selling, the stock overall is a strong stock with PE below 20
Once the stochastic reverses and the market corrects, it could be a nice addition both short and long term
