Turningpoint ahead?

I'm new at this but let's give it a go...
Volatility is clearly dropping. So a potential turningpoint is ahead. Question is in what direction will it move?
The downward trend is slowing down, so hopefully a Bullish trend?
Please shoot at this idea as it is my very first :)
