LTC Long (from Mitch Ray's video)

I'm learning TA and just following Mitch Ray's chart shown in this morning's video.
To summarise, if BTC breaks 12.4k (negating 3 falling peaks) and doesnt fall below 9.7k then this Long could be in play, once LTC reaches 137
