LTC - Looks suspicious - Possible move down by LTC to 66 and 69

LTC looks Bullish but this may Possibly be a Bearish move down to 69 and 66.

I could be incorrect, but I'm sure this current Patten is a Bearish 3 drives Reversal play to move lower, and not a Bullish move to go higher .
