LTC Bulls need to Show up This Morning

Correlation to BTC still extremely strong.
Bulls need to form a higher low here on the 4 hour, higher than the previous periods of consolidation.
The consolidation yesterday was mostly in the form of inside bars, which is not a significant enough pull back for a higher low.
We are now in an equilibrium pattern and will very likely break the way BTC does.
It looks like we will likely have to wait until tomorrow to see a break on the 4 hour.
Bulls need an hourly higher low and higher high to see a 4 hour bounce.
