Get ready for the HYPERCYCLE! (and why I'm NOT buying Bitcoin!)
The cryptomarkets are on the verge of a breakout across the board! How do I know that? Well, I will tell you in this analysis by looking at the Amazon of the crypto space called: Chainlink.
Why Chainlink will be a top 5 coin
There are many coins with many use cases in the cryptomarkets but only a handful will be (directly or indirectly) used by billions of people. Chainlink will most definitely one of them given that the modern world needs trustworthy and safe oracles / data feeds. Across crypto, corporates and (in the future) Chainlink is - and will be - embraced and thus widely adopted. Simply, because they have a near perfect product, near perfect team and a near perfect network. That's my summary but feel free to browse for more information on LINK.
The Hypercycle is coming!
Didn't you hear people about a supercycle!? Forget about it, this is a hypercycle! Just google the word "hack" in google and hit the news tab; you'll see why crypto is crucial for our information infrastructure. This means that the crypto industry has a similar growth potential as the "tech" or "internet" industry has had over the last 20 years. In 2017 crypto was a bubble as prices did not reflect the adoption of crypto in the real world. Today, however; the opposite is happening where crypto is at the start of mass adoption and most blockchains with utility tokens (such Ethereum) will only grow in value the higher their usage (adoption) will be in the future. There is no stopping this! You cant say the amount of internet users will decline, how is that possible? Get the point? Moreover (!!!) crypto coins are NOT stocks, they are designed according to their own token economics and become more scarce over time. This is why you will see these charts trending up indefinitely. Don't believe me? Have a look at the S&P 500 from inception till today!
Why I'm not buying Bitcoin!
Now, I will share you how much Bitcoin I have in my portfolio: null, zero, niente, nada, 0! I can already see so many people getting angry while reading this! XD (calm down, you're allowed to disagree) But, but, but all the youtubers say you should have 80% BTC in your portfolio!!? And Michael Saylor!? How do you know better then them!!? Well, I do. All those Youtubers didnt sell their BTC at 64K or their ETH above 4K to buy back lower did they? So why am I not buying BTC? Well, simple:
- Bitcoin will have less percentage increase than utility coins.
- Bitcoin will have less adoption than utility coins.
- Bitcoin is becoming old blockchain technology.
- Bitcoin is the gold of the crypto space, a safe haven for dark times, not a "risk on" asset but I personally believe even the opposite where Bitcoin will be more risky to hold than utility coins that are widely adopted.
- Holding LINK is like having exposure to Bitcoin, just your gains will be higher!
In short, you have to understand that crypto mass adoption starts here!
When is the hypercycle is confirmed?
Lets look at some TA. Historically LINK has bottomed out inside the greenboxes which are periods of LINK being below the 100 day EMA. You can clearly see that the last months were clearly the longest time of LINK trading there. Now the market has showed a clear impulse to the upside we are seeing LINK climbing above the 100 day EMA again. For us to confirm a bullish period we need to hold above the 100, 200 AND hold above 26 usd for August and September - if so we can see LINK going to the moon and beyond. In essence the bullish megaphone (dotted line) is the least expected growth for LINK overtime and represent prices at fair value. As you can see, that whenever we hit above this megaphone area, we can drop significantly but that doesn't mean you should sell when it breaks the megaphone, it means you should stop buying. ;)
Be cautious of the black swan!
There is one real danger and that is the stock market which has been ridiculously bullish for way too long without any real corrections. This means that a real correction there will be felt in the crypto markets! When support programs from the central banks will be phased out and the interest goes up; we might be getting that pain we are not waiting for. So keep an eye out there but regardless; always remember: the crypto markets have way more upside than the stock market! This means that even if you are in a loss on your hodl portfolio, you just need to be patient.
Be careful with your portfolio!
With the influx of institutional investor the cryptomarket will soar and will head for a massive hypercycle (risks included as mentioned above) - however; you do NOT want to hold the WRONG coins because you will see everyone with gains around you and you will be in a loss! Sorry for some typo’s: at paragraph 1 behind “(and in the future)” I forgot to add: “governments”. Meaning LINK will likely be a good choice for data feeds and oracle infrastructure for governmental usage.

I think its very clear why im not investing in BTC. Lots of alts (the right ones, check my profile) did a 2x from the local bottom and BTC did a modest 1.7/1.8x. Stability is with BTC, gains are with alts! Lets beat this market together, a few more followers to go 1K and there I will give you the mother of all updates. Tell your friends! ;)
