Price has been consolidation for some time, hard to say exactly since when but for more than a year. This stock is very explosive it can jump 35% in one week. The 11 resistance is the key, if it breaks out the next immediate resistance is at 14.6. Worth the shot.

I'm closing my position tomorrow and taking small loss. Price has been rejected too many times from the resistance. I don't like it anymore.
