IOTA breakout from Bearish Pennant

We saw IOTA retrace to fib .618, followed by a downward channel to .000171827 (2nd support) flag breakout. It is now forming a pennant and we can expect to see IOTA to meander at .00025 prices before either reversing or hit our next target.
