Watching HAL and IWM relate, then - now, too similar to ignore

WYSIWYG, the oil players world wide are driving this market, or reacting to it, you decide... and what is different then and now otherwise? Currencies, QE, etc. etc. tough market to call for sure, but Oil is a driver for sure. Do we head to 70 and below? If so, watch out below. Do we hit the long term support trend for HAL and then bounce, which also may be the real valuation levels to complete a healthy correction to the markets.
