GOOGL Alphabet Options Ahead of Earnings

I you haven`t sold GOOGL here, to buy it cheaper later:

Then analyzing the options chain of GOOGL Alphabet prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 106.5usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2023-6-16
for a premium of approximately $2.17.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

I am interested to hear your thoughts on this strategy.

GOOGL trading at $108.37 after earnings. Calls trading at $5.50 from $2.17 when i wrote this article. A beautiful 2.5X gain!
