Number game with GHCL

The company plans to buyback shares worth Rs.800 Million(Src: BSE-Moneycontrol) through open market at the ceiling price of 315 on 31st Jan.
In volume for 15 min chart, I see buying of 360K shares @ Avg price of Rs285.
285*360,000 ~ 100 Million
Implies volume for buying share worth 800 Million to be around 2Million(more).
