Forecast Wednesday 28/9/2016

My forecast for yesterday was plainly incorrect and yesterday's day candle ended up with a small green body with a longer wick at the bottom than on top. Today can go either way but I am biased towards the > 10480 level. Indecision may well continue until later in the day with both Janet Yellen and Mario Draghy speaking.

More so than any other day, today it's all about carefully watching price action!
