GE Breaking Out Of Downtrend

GE seems to have bottomed out, and with a new CEO in place I expect a minimum of $15 but not ruling out a move up to $20 by EOY.

Vpvr shows some resistance coming up, but the daily trend line does seem to have been broken.

Also note the large increase in volume over the past week.
