GBPUSD has rallied significantly the past few weeks and exhaustion is coming. It has approached strong resistance around mid 1.25500 area and been rejected. The following week it may re-test this level before falling down to previous support BUT if it breaks past this level then GBPUSD's rallying is likely to continue. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we have to keep in mind BREXIT which makes the Cable highly unpredictable. Keep an eye on the candlesticks that form around this zone. I have found RSI divergence relating the previous HH's. Don't enter without confirmation! Goodluck! x
