Pattern is invalid because the C leg closed beyond the 1.414 of the XA leg (though it's really obvious I somehow missed it. Tks to johan.larsson, fellow trader who pointed it out)

As price is pushing up, while invalid on the H1, it is a perfectly valid Cypher on the H4.
