Remember When Managing a portfolio, the short term buying and sellers don't have enough buying for selling power!... meaning.. the BIG BOYS only have the power to move the market... and i know that looking at my "TIME BASED CHART" (Don't trade time) the big hedge funds and banks don't want to give themselves that kind of exposure.
