Will we see new higher high in EURUSD?

Hello traders.

EURUSD in H4 timeframe has reaction to MA levels. If price has enough power to pass the white lines, we expect it to goes higher and makes a new high.
On the other hand if price wont pass the lines, we expect the fall in EURUSD.
