EUR-USD is trading in a downtrend. If it breaks the resistance line, it might form a breakout. I would open a Long position if it breaks the resistance line. If it continues to drop lower, wait for the support line and see if it drops even further or it finds support on the line and bounces back up before placing a long position. Pay attention to the news, cause it might have a big impact on the direction of the pair.
